Recruitment Process
Our primary goal in recruitment processes is to place candidates who are aligned with our corporate values in the right positions.
Our recruitment is structured in two main categories: Academic Staff and Administrative Staff.
Throughout the year, job postings are published on our corporate website, various career portals, and social media platforms based on staffing needs. Each candidate's CV is carefully reviewed during the application process.
The interview process for candidates is carried out in collaboration with the relevant Unit Coordinator and the School Principal. The candidate’s expertise in their field, ability to apply their knowledge, professional qualifications, and problem-solving skills are assessed through interview questions.
If the interview result is positive, the candidate is invited for a demo lesson on a future date, during which they will prepare and present a lesson based on the given subject outcomes. The demo lesson is observed by the Education Coordinator, School Principal, Department Head, and Guidance Coordinator.
Before the demo lesson, the Public Relations Department conducts a reference check on the candidate, obtaining references from at least three individuals.
If the demo lesson is also successful, a Candidate File is prepared, which includes the CV, Interview Form, Demo Lesson Evaluation Form, and Reference Check Forms.
The candidate is then introduced to the General Director by the relevant managers. If the meeting with the General Director concludes positively, a preliminary contract is signed with the candidate.
If the process results in a negative outcome at any stage, the Public Relations Department contacts the candidate and informs them of the result.
